DuraMater LLC currently oversees the strategic planning and development of two primary subsidiary concepts. These ventures remain in the concept phase and will be formally incorporated only after completing all necessary training, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
Solara Lumina Haven (SLH)
Status: Concept phase—not yet incorporated
A future wellness and aesthetics venture designed to provide relaxation-focused services, non-medical skincare, facials, and eventually advanced aesthetic treatments.

This culinary venture will be incorporated separately under DuraMater LLC when market conditions, funding, and operational readiness align. The concept emphasizes high-quality ingredients, creative flavor combinations, and a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates comfort food elevated to an art form.

Our Phased Development Approach
DuraMater LLC follows a structured, ethical, and phased approach to business development. This methodology ensures that every venture launches with proper preparation, full compliance, and the resources necessary to succeed.

Phase 1: Cosmetology-Based Wellness
Status: Foundation established
Part-time facials, scalp care, and non-medical spa offerings based on current cosmetology licensure. These services operate within existing scope of practice and require no additional medical oversight.

Phase 2: Advanced Aesthetics Training
Status: In progress
Building toward injectables, laser treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures. This phase requires completion of specialized training programs and establishment of medical director partnerships to ensure proper clinical oversight.

Status: Expected December 2026
Upon completion of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification, future integration of therapeutic mental wellness support may be incorporated into wellness environments, always in strict compliance with mental health licensure requirements and scope of practice.

Solara Lumina Haven and Crave & Cheese Co. become fully operational, properly incorporated LLCs under the DuraMater umbrella, each with appropriate staffing, facilities, insurance, and regulatory compliance in place.
